Formulated with 10% Niacinamide (Vitamin B5), it helps to minimize shine, control oil, and soothe the skin. Additionally, Panthenol hydrates and plumps the skin, promoting a youthful and healthy appearance. This moisturizer is cruelty-free, vegan, and free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, gluten, colorants, and synthetic fragrances.
