MOIRA Eye and Lip Makeup Remover easily remove eye, lip, and including waterproof mascara gently without rubbing or over-drying the skin. Formulated with Camellia Extract, Witch Hazel, and Hyaluronic Acid will soften and nourish the skin while effectively removing long-wearing makeup.

HOW TO USE:

1. Shake well before use.
2. Pour an adequate amount on to cotton pad and place over the eyes or lips.
3. Hold the cotton pad for a few seconds to melt the makeup and gently wipe off makeup.
