Moira’s Glitter Glitter Liner is a buildable, water-base formula that contains ultra-fine dimensional glitter. Its flexible brush tip pen for precision and application makes it easy to glide on for the perfect glitz and glam shine to any makeup look.

HOW TO USE:

1. Sweep the brush with light pressure along the desired area to add sparkle.
2. Take a moderate amount on finger and gently press around the eyelid for a bold glittery look.
