Moira’s Glitter Glitter Liner is a buildable, water-base formula that contains ultra-fine dimensional glitter. Its flexible brush tip pen for precision and application makes it easy to glide on for the perfect glitz and glam shine to any makeup look.

HOW TO USE:

1. Sweep brush with light pressure along the desired area to add sparkle.
